Scope of Application

1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all legal transactions between Langendorf Consulting and participants of the coaching sessions in the version valid at the time of contract conclusion.

1.2 These GTC are considered agreed upon with the placement of any order, unless the participant immediately objects. Deviating terms of the participant will not be recognized unless Langendorf Consulting expressly agrees to them.

Scope of Services and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Langendorf Consulting offers coaching, management consulting, and other training sessions in the fields of personal development and life design in the form of group and individual coaching as well as online courses. Detailed descriptions and listings of the services offered are provided on the website and other utilized media.

2.2 Offers presented on the website or in any other form (written or verbal) are merely invitations to submit an offer. Participants can submit an offer via phone, email, or online through the provided ordering systems.

2.3 A binding contract is only concluded when Langendorf Consulting confirms the acceptance of the offer. Alternatively, for online ordering systems, the contract is concluded once an automatically generated confirmation email is sent to the participant.

2.4 There is no general entitlement to participate in the offered services. Langendorf Consulting reserves the right to reject offers/registrations without providing reasons.

2.5 If the booking/order is made via an online ordering system, the GTC of that system also apply.

Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices listed on Langendorf Consulting's offer pages are exclusive of the applicable statutory sales tax.

3.2 All payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice without any deductions. If a payment date is specified, the participant will automatically be in default after the deadline passes.

3.3 For bookings made through other websites, the payment conditions specified there apply.

3.4 The participant is only entitled to offset claims if their counterclaims are legally established or recognized by Langendorf Consulting. A right of retention can only be asserted if the participant's claims arise from the same contractual relationship.

3.5 Installment payments are possible if explicitly offered and agreed upon by Langendorf Consulting. Installment payments merely defer part of the total amount. Partial cancellation of a complete package is not permitted.

Documents and Content

4.1 As part of the coaching, Langendorf Consulting may provide participants with worksheets as well as audio and video files. The participant does not acquire ownership of these files but only a simple, non-transferable right to use them for personal purposes. Sharing with third parties or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited unless Langendorf Consulting explicitly agrees in writing.

4.2 The participant agrees to use the provided content and documents properly. Violations may lead to exclusion from coaching and claims for damages.

Agreed Appointments and Cancellations

5.1 Agreed appointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. The replacement appointment must occur within 21 days. If cancellation is not made in time, the appointment expires without the right to a replacement.

5.2 Langendorf Consulting reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments. In such cases, participants will receive a refund of any payments made if no replacement appointment is arranged.

The content of the coaching and workshops is exclusively intended for the personal development of the participants. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

Liability

7.1 Langendorf Consulting is only liable for intent or gross negligence.

7.2 Coaching does not replace professional advice or therapy from doctors, psychologists, or other professionals.

7.3 Langendorf Consulting does not guarantee the success of the coaching sessions or workshops.

Confidentiality

Langendorf Consulting commits to treating all personal and business information of participants confidentially.

Data Protection

9.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with legal regulations.

9.2 Participants have the right to request information about their stored data and to have it corrected or deleted unless there is a legal retention obligation.

Right of Withdrawal

10.1 Participants have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

10.2 In the event of withdrawal, all payments made will be refunded within 14 days.

Miscellaneous

11.1 The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

11.2 The contractual language is German.
